WhatsApp Business API — Overview

Whoxa CRM integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) powered by Meta. After purchase, you must connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) so the CRM can send and receive messages on your behalf.

Two Ways to Connect

Whoxa CRM supports two connection methods:

Setup Steps (Manual Method)

The manual connection involves five steps:

  1. Register a business phone number
  2. Create and configure a Meta App
  3. Generate a permanent access token
  4. Configure the webhook URL in Meta
  5. Verify and test the connection in Whoxa CRM

Note: Each Whoxa CRM account supports one active WhatsApp Business Account at a time. Connecting a new account will deactivate the previous one.
